Can I reschedule a booking?

Please call 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  We understand that circumstances arise, however we have set our time aside for your appointment and with less than a 24 hour notice it is very hard to fill the time slot.

If you have purchased a service at a discounted rate; and no call or no show, you forfeit your service or can take advantage of our rescheduling fee of $35.

Do I pay when I book?​

No, payment is due at the time of the session.  RubyDot accepts cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Where do I park?

There is plenty of street parking near around 17th and Williams.  The southwest side of Williams has only a 30 minute allowance so please note appointment times when considering parking. 

Please remember, April- November there is street sweeping along 17th and Williams.  Pay attention to posted signs in ensure you won't be ticketed!
